Free round of golf offered to prospective Austin-area homebuyers in 'Try Teravista on for Size' promotion
During the Teravista "Try Teravista on for Size" promotion this fall, prospective Austin-area homebuyers can tour fresh new model homes priced from the $150,000s to the $400,000s, then come back for a free round of golf at one of the most acclaimed daily-fee golf courses in Central Texas.
Here's how the promotion works: Starting September 15, home shoppers simply need to register at one of the homebuilder models in Teravista from September through November, to schedule a free round of golf and lunch at Teravista Golf Club or a day at the Teravista Residents Club or Retreat. For more information on how to participate in this promotion, visit the builder sales offices.
The promotion is designed to introduce golf-loving homebuyers to the Teravista Golf Club and other amenities in this 1,550-acre master-planned community, located in Round Rock. They will also discover a wide range of new homes offered by nine leading homebuilders, ranging from traditional single-family homes to low-maintenance garden homes.
Designed by Clifton-Ezell-Clifton, the 18-hole championship course at Teravista capitalizes on the beauty of the surrounding Texas Hill Country, with views that reach 30 miles to the west. The rolling hills provide a challenging 7,200-yard layout, with five different tee settings to challenge golfers of all ages and abilities. Recently awarded "Beginner Friendly Course" by the National Golf Course Owners Association, the course can satisfy the expert golfer's desire for a real challenge, while at the same time providing the golf novice with a fun experience.
After their free round of golf, visitors will also enjoy a free lunch at the course's Caldwell Cafe, compliments of Teravista. Next door to the golf club, they can tour the historic Ranch House at Teravista, a 150-year-old traditional Texas limestone home, now available for private parties and events.
Teravista "Try Teravista on for Size" participants also have the option of selecting a free day of swimming, fitness and other activities at the Teravista Residents Club or The Retreat at Teravista instead of the round of golf.
Located at I-35 North and University Blvd., only 20 minutes from downtown Austin, Teravista is surrounded by a growing number of retail stores, hospitals and higher education institutions, including the Round Rock Premium Outlets, Seton Medical Center Williamson, the Texas A&M Health Science Center at Round Rock, and much more.
Teravista is located in the Round Rock and Georgetown Independent School Districts, with all students zoned to attend campuses that are rated either Exemplary or Recognized by the Texas Education Agency.
